巴斯夫(中國)大型送料系統及暖通系統噪聲治理
1. 治理前狀況及聲場分析
兩臺(tai)大(da)型風機(ji)為車間(jian)粒(li)(li)料(liao)(liao)輸(shu)送提供動(dong)力,該(gai)工(gong)廠24H連續生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)(chan)。車間(jian)外(wai)4個大(da)型料(liao)(liao)倉,高(gao)(gao)度近(jin)30m。風機(ji)在車間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)風機(ji)房內,風機(ji)房做了初步吸聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)處理,排風管道穿出車間(jian)屋頂(ding),開口(kou)高(gao)(gao)出屋面2m。粒(li)(li)料(liao)(liao)輸(shu)送時(shi)(shi)(shi),風機(ji)產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)非(fei)常(chang)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)噪(zao)(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),風口(kou)處達95.1dB(A),該(gai)噪(zao)(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)屬(shu)于(yu)寬頻穩(wen)態噪(zao)(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),偏低中(zhong)頻。此(ci)外(wai),粒(li)(li)料(liao)(liao)從運輸(shu)車輛(liang)輸(shu)送進料(liao)(liao)倉時(shi)(shi)(shi),高(gao)(gao)速顆粒(li)(li)撞擊在管壁和料(liao)(liao)倉產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)噪(zao)(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)更是(shi)高(gao)(gao)達107.2dB(A),該(gai)噪(zao)(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)只有往料(liao)(liao)倉里輸(shu)送料(liao)(liao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)才產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng),屬(shu)于(yu)中(zhong)高(gao)(gao)頻噪(zao)(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)。其中(zhong)風口(kou)處噪(zao)(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)處理難度更大(da)。如此(ci)巨大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)噪(zao)(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)對廠界東側的(de)(de)(de)(de)居民產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)比較大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)影響,噪(zao)(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)源(yuan)至(zhi)東側廠界約30m,廠界外(wai)1m處噪(zao)(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)為78.6dB(A)。
按照浦東新(xin)區環(huan)保部門的(de)要(yao)求,廠界(jie)應達到二類區標準(zhun),即晝(zhou)間60dB(A),夜(ye)間50dB(A)。由于是24H生產,所以(yi)需要(yao)的(de)降噪(zao)量為28.6dB(A)。
2. 采取(qu)的聲學降噪(zao)措施:
在車間內風管(guan)加(jia)裝大型(xing)阻抗復合式消聲器,長(chang)度2m,直(zhi)徑0.65m。
屋頂風口(kou)安裝(zhuang)消聲管(guan)道和彎頭式(shi)消聲器,同時,風口(kou)轉向(xiang)廠區內側方向(xiang)。
粒料輸送管道進(jin)行阻尼隔聲包扎處理。
3. 降噪效果:
風口(kou)處噪(zao)(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)由(you)原來95.1dB(A)降(jiang)至62.8dB(A),料(liao)倉和管(guan)道(dao)噪(zao)(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)由(you)原來107.2dB(A)降(jiang)至83.7dB(A),管(guan)道(dao)噪(zao)(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)被廠房阻擋,進一步降(jiang)低了該處噪(zao)(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)源(yuan)對廠界的影響(xiang)。廠界處噪(zao)(zao)(zao)聲(sheng)由(you)原來78.6dB(A)降(jiang)至46.7B(A)。達到設計指(zhi)標并順利通(tong)過驗收。
4. 工程技術難點:
廠區內(nei)還存在其(qi)他(ta)分散噪(zao)聲(sheng)源,尤(you)其(qi)是(shi)靠近東(dong)側的(de)空(kong)調風口(kou)對廠界噪(zao)聲(sheng)有較大(da)“貢獻(xian)”,對初期(qi)噪(zao)聲(sheng)預測帶(dai)來(lai)一(yi)定(ding)難度(du)。另外,排(pai)風量大(da),氣流再生噪(zao)聲(sheng)嚴(yan)重(zhong),設(she)計時既(ji)要(yao)(yao)兼顧降(jiang)噪(zao),又要(yao)(yao)盡量不(bu)減小輸送能力,所以,消聲(sheng)器和消聲(sheng)彎(wan)頭的(de)設(she)計更(geng)加嚴(yan)格。該企業(ye)(ye)屬于化工(gong)行(xing)業(ye)(ye),工(gong)程施工(gong)又在高處(chu)作業(ye)(ye),安全(quan)是(shi)第一(yi)要(yao)(yao)考慮的(de)因素,給施工(gong)造成一(yi)定(ding)的(de)難度(du)。
